All courses are given by instructors who are accredited by Mental Health First Aid Australia. We have been delivering courses to tertiary students and the general public for over 5 years and accredited hundreds of participants.

Our courses
Standard MHFA
In-person, the 12-hour Standard Mental Health First Aid course is for any interested adult. This course is given over 2 days. Includes a hard-copy of the MHFA Manual and lunch on both days.

Blended Online MHFA Community
Online, this course is adapted from the Standard Mental Health First Aid Course for adults and teaches participants how to assist a friend, family member, or other members of the community who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis.
Blended Online Community Mental Health First Aid in the course includes two components: eLearning module and instructor-led workshops. Includes a hard-copy of the MHFA Manual.
